I have been working with computers for more than 10 years, and doing web design in some form or another for most of those. In 2001 I graduated from the Johnston Center at the University of Redlands with a Bachelor of Arts degree titled Creative Arts in the Digital Revolution. My senior project was an original short film (~40 minutes) with an accompanying multimedia CD-Rom programmed in Macromedia Shockwave.
After college I spent the majority of the intervening years working in the IT industry, doing Tier 3 customer technical support for MSN, broadband support for Qwest Communications and ending with Level 2 Windows Servers and Clients support for Albertson's/SuperValu.
Deciding it was time for a change, I returned to what came naturally; building websites and graphic design. Late in 2007 I started a graphic/web design studio with my wife, Erin, called ThinkTank Studio. In 2009, we renamed our company to Arcane Palette Creative Design, but still specialize in our artisan approach to web design with a hand-made, artistic feel.
