Client Partner for Razorfish Technology Platforms Division with a focus on global ecommerce platform engagements.
Responsible for building Pearson's next generation Ecommerce and Digital Marketing platform. The goal of the platform is to provide a self service platform for Digital Marketers and a API strategy for internal and external product development teams to support Pearson Digital Transformation Strategy and in alignment with our three key businesses; K12 Education, Higher Education and Professional Education. Responsible for leadership of all engineering, product management and delivery of the digital marketing and eCommerce platforms. Work with C level leadership and marketers across all of Pearson’s educations businesses globally to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing platform strategy to meet short and long term objectives. Serve as the platform evangelist in the design and build of the next generation digital marketing and eCommerce platform. Drove the evaluation and selection of a global web content management platform, an eCommerce platform and supporting tools and services. Lead the implementation of a global scalable, digital platform that includes Adobe Experience Manager (Adobe CQ) for Web Content Management, Elastic Path for our eCommerce engine, Adobe Marketing Suite for Analytical, Advise my engineering team on continuous integration best practices, the implementation of test driven development and the creation of a development framework for use by other internal and external partners. Strong hands on involvement in all aspects of the platform development and delivery. Primary technical contact for business sponsors from our Marketing and Product development organizations, maintain direct relationships with CMOs across the organization. Responsible for all budgeting and strategic planning for the online and ecommerce group; Responsible for supplier relationships across, software vendors, systems integrators and external partners.
