After 10 years in Insurance and Media sales Chris joined the Recruitment Industry in 2001 and has progressively moved through the ranks.

Initially Chris joined a boutique IT recruitment agency focusing on contract and permanent placements. An interest in the general staffing industry saw Chris Join Global Solutions in 2003 where he learnt the ropes in the position of researcher. The next 2 years saw him work in a number of roles including research manager and managing consultant. Chris has been responsible for conducting searches in the IT / banking / construction and finance markets. In 2005 Chris was promoted to help develop the operational side of our international placement business.

Today Chris spreads his time between our International offices providing support to the country managers on an operational level, conducting campaigns on a global basis to source talent as well as managing our International placement business. Chris has become an expert in visa law, tax, cost of living and perhaps most importantly the cultural elements of each country and region. Chris travels in excess of 100,000 miles a year in his quest to further his knowledge of these various elements all designed to facilitate informed and intelligent advice. Lastly Chris is responsible for co-ordinating with our various business units ensuring a candidates application is dealt with efficiently and followed through effectively.
