Consultant at Kaslers Solicitors LLP
Rochester, United Kingdom
Qualified as a solicitor in 1978, I have specialised in personal injury claims for more than 25 years, with particular emphasis on road traffic accidents.
As a member of the Motor Accident Solicitors Society (M.A.S.S.), I have have represented the organisation as intervener in two major Court of Appeal hearings regarding conditional fee agreements (Callery v Gray and Sarwar v Alam) and as well as various initiatives to improve and streamline claims for injury victims.
I currently sit on both the MASS Management Committee and the Claims Standards Council Executive Board (www.claimscouncil.org).
I strongly support the genuine efforts by both the legal profession and insurance industry to assist victims of accidents with funding of early treatment such as physiotherapy or osteopathy to encourage recovery.
As a road traffic accident specialist, I have dealt with uninsured loss recovery for many fleets large and small and my firm can offer full fleet management solutions where required.
I speak fluent French
