We have chosen to take a "Mortgage Centred Financial Planning" approach because we believe that one of the largest and most significant financial decisions most of us will ever make is to purchase a home and then find a way to pay for it. If this is true, then we feel that it is essential that we start at the beginning in each client situation and build out from there looking at their entire financial situation and not just one "component" such as their life insurance.
