I attended DePaul University and graduated in 2006, Majoring in Human-Computer Interaction and Minoring in Digital Cinema.
While attending DePaul, I completed a summer internship at Motorola. There I worked with members of the Consumer Experience Design Team (CXD) to create innovative user interface designs. This was an incredible experience for me and a great opportunity to learn more about the user centered design process.
After graduation, I worked for Walgreens Health Services developing user interfaces that would increase the use of self-service tools online, while decreasing call volume to support centers. I also assisted in the creation new digital collateral that would be used for transactions with members, as well as new marketing campaigns initiatives.
Currently, I am working with Manifest Digital as a member of the User Experience (UX) Team. I have had the good fortune of working with multiple clients in a variety of industries to define their goals and see them through to fruition.

Part of a UI team responsible for making our website more user friendly. This was achieved by updating our website to conform to usability standards (ie. NN/g), 508 compliance, and certain consultant reports. I was also responsible for designing new self-service functionality and tools, making processes easier for the users. We were also on the brink of a redesign of certain sites that would give our site a more “modern” look and feel. The tools I used were: Adobe Photoshop (screenshots), MS Visio (workflows / wireframes), and MS Office (documentation).
