I am the Founder/CEO for Mercantile Capital Corporation (MCC). We finance commercial property for business owners and entrepreneurs all around the country, specifically with what we call our "SmartChoice Commercial Loan" -- providing up to 90% loan-to-cost financing with longer terms and below-market interest rates. I actively participate in, among other things, the business development, strategy, underwriting, and marketing functions of MCC.

I also am the Founder/Chairman/CEO of Kennedy's All-American Barber Club -- a franchised concept targeting the mass-affluent with a patent-pending membership business model in the men's barbershop industry. Kennedy's is a Club-like setting for men to get a little pampering, receive unlimited haircuts, relaxing straight-razor shaves, a complimentary beverage during each visit (even beer!), a monthly lifestyle magazine, and much, much more. Formerly, I was the CFO for the NAI Realvest group of companies (the second largest commercial real estate brokerage firm in Central Florida).

Prior to working for NAI Realvest, I held the position of Senior Consultant with a large management consulting organization based in Boston, MA, providing small to mid-sized businesses with financial, operational, organizational, and strategic professional advice while helping to implement profitable solutions.

I started my commercial lending career with GE Capital (and continued with Heller Financial until GE purchased them).

I have advised, financed and helped many small to mid-sized businesses throughout the country for over eleven years, and currently am a business coach for a group of 15 local business owners.
