As a mobile marketing/recruiting evangelist and self proclaimed Social ‘X’ addict, I've been pushing the boundaries of each aspect of full-cycle recruiting for over 14 years – most recently as the Associate Director of Talent Attraction at AT&T.
In my current role I lead the full scale and enterprise wide integration of social media and mobile marketing within a workforce strategy that includes search engine marketing and optimization for the Talent Attraction teams. The strongest focus of my work lies with Interactive Recruiting, Candidate Experience, and both national and regional based strategies. I work towards maximizing the return on investment through cutting edge tracking methods of implementation - because I love the drive towards change within the recruiting industry.
With a passion for breaking out of traditional recruitment practices and a background that includes training it's my job to successfully coach the teams of recruiters and sourcers working with me to constantly evolve and collectively push the envelope of non-traditional talent attraction and recruitment.
