I am an experienced software developer that work as much with people as technology. With my values and principles grounded in agile software development, I help organizations, teams and individuals create high quality software. I strongly believe that the best results are achieved through collaboration, so therefore I focus a lot on creating high-performing teams. Sometimes I have taken the role of player-coach, a developer working as a part of the team, focusing on using technology and daily work practices to encourage collaboration and skill improvement. Other times I work as a team lead or coach, focusing on processes, communication and continuous improvement to help the team become more effective.

I have spoken at several developer conferences, including Developer Summit, JFokus, Microsoft TechDays and Scandinavian Developer Conference. My topics reflects my areas of interest; continuous learning with retrospectives and helping others improve their skills.

I like to learn from others in person, so I have co-founded Skånsk .Net User Group and Agile Skåne (both are local user groups in the southern Sweden region).
