Degreed engineer and an avid maverick technologist who is involved in a production, manufacturing, process and project management career in a variety of roles that offer opportunities for serious contribution. I typically like to move to a variety of roles within a single organization learning the fundamentals of each role while being awarded for my contributions and work ethic. I am motivated by the opportunities to learn new skills. As opposed to 'job hopping' - I am serious about doing a job to the greatest degree of accuracy utilizing what I have learned from former roles to further improve the process. I have traveled internationally on many occasions to coordinate knowledge exchanges, technology exchanges, and multimillion dollar equipment purchases. I have led teams to increase throughput, decrease waste, and have taken the worst performing equipment set in a factory and turned into the best as measured through CpK calculations. I know how to motivate personnel, identify roadblocks, and meet deadlines. In every position I have held I or my team has been fortunate enough to be recognized formally with top honors for contributions to the success of my employer.
