Chris Graham

As an Engagement Director for Siteworx, Chris Graham is responsible for overall account management, client satisfaction, and account growth of customers. Chris leads a team project managers within the Client Services group who are responsible for developing project approaches and targets that meet the business goals of our clients. Chris provides strategic and tactical leadership in addition to the day-to-day oversight of active customer engagements. Beginning in the sales phase, Chris partners with prospects and active clients to define interactive strategies and goals of a web engagement. Chris is responsible for the seamless transition from the sales phase into the delivery phase of an active project, ensuring customer satisfaction is met throughout all stages. Working with all Siteworx disciplines, Chris creates solution-oriented recommendations for clients that align with short-term and long-term business goals.

Chris currently manages a portfolio of key Siteworx clients that include retail, financial, high-tech, consulting, media and entertainment, and non-profit/association customers.
