Over 29 years, I've helped business owners and senior execs by providing counsel wherever business and technology touch. I have created strategy, IT services and resilient information systems for government, national brands and hundreds of small and mid-sized companies. Clients include Associated Press, Arizona Beverages, Bond Markets Association, SIFMA, Physicians Online, The Quebec Government, Franklin Health, Paradigm Health, ClearChannel, ACS, GAF, CapGemini, American Bank Note, McCaw Cellular, D&B and many others.
Founder of several successful Internet ventures, I joined the "online community" with a 300 baud modem in 1981. Three-term President of the Westchester Information Technology Cluster, a public/private economic development cluster funded by the Westchester County Executive. Two-term president of the Association of Information Technology Professionals. Advisor to Pace University and The College of Westchester. I presently serve on the Advisory Board at the State University of New York/WCC Professional Development Center.
Subject matter expert focused on IT disaster recovery, operational risk and regulatory compliance. Designer of critical IT infrastructure and complex web facing systems. Trademarked Operational Assurance (OA) as the next logical step beyond DR. Created a prototype business to be the first Managed Service Provider to practice OA as its core discipline. Recruited the management team needed to develop the technical, sales and revenue models. Successfully divested the business to the team along with over 400 customers in less than two years.
