As the Director of Creative Services at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Online (WDPRO), I lead a creative team consisting of Visual and Flash designers, Information Architects, Content Strategists, Media Producers and Copywriters.
Prior, I was the manager of a 10-12 person IA team at WDPRO, where I've also led multi-disciplinary teams responsible for redesigning all aspects of the online commerce for the Parks and Resorts segment of the Walt Disney Company.
I teach Information Architecture and User Centered Design at UCLA for the Information Studies Department.
I have an MA in Urban Planning from UCLA.
