After working several years in the general real estate field, in 1995 I decided to venture out on my own and start Villa Realty Group. My goal was to special in vacant land sales and new construction in Cape Coral, FL.

In less than three years my office became the largest broker of land in all of Lee County. Since our beginning we have brokered over 10,000+ transaction totalling over $1 BILLION in sales.

Villa Realty Group, Inc is the sales and marketing arm of Villa Homes of S.W. Florida. Villa Homes specializes in constructing upscale luxury waterfront homes throughout S.W. Florida.

Through the years we have added general real estate sales as well as property management to the company. We offer a complete range of real estate services specializing in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, North Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, and Lehigh Acres.

Villa Realty Group continues to be one of the top performing real estate offices based on a per agent transaction basis.
