For more than 20 years, Chris has worked in the services industry in both sales and delivery leadership roles. his exposure spans across a wide range of service industries and clientele focusing in more recent years on the financial and healthcare verticals.
In recent years, Chris has led sales pursuits and service delivery activities for two of Microsoft’s largest global banking clients, managing client executive relationships, pre-sale pursuit, contract negotiations and support, thru post-sale delivery and oversight. Responsibilities include partner and project team selection, management, and financial accountability. Previously, he served as Microsoft's Program Management Officer & Director of Project Management, leading Microsoft's project management organization for U.S. Financial Services, managing a team of senior level Project Managers. The team supported seven consulting practices across the U.S.
