I am a senior software developer and social software evangelist. I specialize in developing software to support strategic projects. Learning new systems, architectures and programming languages quickly and effectively is something I enjoy and am successful with.
I am an effective leader and enjoy building relationships and evangelizing for cultural change to promote knowledge sharing. I have always found teaching and mentoring to be a very rewarding aspect of leadership.
One career highlight I'd like to share is that I was involved with the world's largest non-military electronic medical records system implementation. I led a team, configured medical record software and programmed custom clinical-user interfaces. I am still certified in EpicCare Ambulatory software, though I am now involved elsewhere.
My projects now focus on leadership and programming for Tridion web content management system integration with both Microsoft and open source presentation servers for intranet and internet applications.
In my experience, IBM Lotus Domino is one of the most misunderstood and under-utilized application platforms. I help my company understand and extend its value by quickly building and implementing departmental solutions. These applications help my clients collaborate and get better work done sooner.
