NeuralIQ was founded in 2004 on the principle that information security is an evolutionary arms race and that the key to victory is adaptability. Marked by a passion for meeting unconventional threats with unconventional technology, NeuralIQ provides network counter-intelligence and operational agility in dynamic, often hostile, computing environments.
In my time spent at NeuralIQ I had been faced with a variety of challenges from both the operations of the company as well as the development of the company's Intrusion Forensics platform.
From the operations side of the house I lead the design and deployment of a redundant physical network, deployed, configured, and managed a variety of firewalls, and administered the company's Linux-based servers.
On the development side I assisted in the configuration of system-level resources, database administration, and package management and release processes.

Interbridge is an Internet Service Provider local to the state of Connecticut. Interbridge provides managed ISP services as well as web hosting, DNS hosting, and spam filtering.
When I was promoted to Technical Services Manager of Interbridge I was asked to manage the company's primary datacenter as well as the technical support operations.
Armed with the knowledge I obtained working for Interbridge as a Network Engineer, I quickly set out to solve problems affecting operations. I established policies and procedures related to service availability as well as customer support processes.
