Chip Griffin is the founder and CEO of Franeo, a communications firm that helps clients listen to, understand, and participate in new media conversations to assist in online issue management.
Since 1998, Chip has assisted Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, and non-profit organizations to create effective online campaigns, develop successful new media products, gather critical social media intelligence, and implement cutting edge strategies.
He has been active in the world of media and communications for the better part of two decades, and he frequently speaks, writes, and advises on these topics.
In addition to his entrepreneurial efforts, Chip actively gives back to American University where he got his start. He serves on the AU Alumni Board and the Dean's Advisory Council of the School of Public Affairs where he has endowed a scholarship program.
Chip lives in New Hampshire with his wife and two sons.
