Personally, I have 19 years experience in both public and private sector industries and has held increasing levels of responsibility including Multiple-Branch Management, Sales Management, Project Manager, and President/CEO.
My studies and experience are in personal growth, goal setting, training and organizational development. My work is with many organizations and industries in developing effective processes that produce measurable results. Personally I have facilitated two “World Clients of the Year” and one “Canadian Client of the Year” for a large organizational development and motivational company.
I spent ten years launching pilot programs and projects in the Banking and Finance industry from Customer Service Centres to Call Centres throughout Australia and Papua New Guinea. I was instrumental in designing and developing the first Call Centre Program for PNGBC Inc. I have created training and development programs for various clients, some of which are F&P Manufacturing, Kumi Canada, CIBC Wood Gundy, Clarica, HockShop Canada, H&S Heat Treating and Inco Limited. I am a well respected and goals focused, results driven individual who has a reputation for delivering measurable results that exceed his clients expectations while delivering balance of life.
As an accredited facilitator of two international development organizations I am a well known as a powerful speaker and presenter that has delivered many motivational messages to large groups of business leaders both internationally and locally. Most recently I presented to:
