I founded this company in January of 2004. CABEZE sold gift cards for taxi cab service. The idea was to market these to parents of college-aged students in Gainesville, Florida. Eventually I had hoped to partner with one of the major alcoholic beverage manufacturers (Miller/Budweiser/etc).
I raised $50,000 in capital to begin this venture from various friends and colleagues. This was my first business and that became obvious very quickly. However, I did learn quite a bit about what it takes and look forward to my next venture.
