  After years of loving work in sales, marketing, customer relations and event management (corporate and not-for-profit), this summer I decided to follow God's leading to start my own business. It's a giant leap of faith and yet I know it's the very thing for which I was made.
  
  As President of CultureSmith Consulting, I work with businesses and non-profit organizations (chambers, associations, churches and women's groups) to help them identify and refine corporate culture and activate potential. I work with leaders and organizations in pursuit of excellence and provide workshops, customized training and keynote addresses in the areas of:
