Although a native of the Washington, D.C. area, the music scene and southern hospitality drew Cheryl Bak to Nashville, Tenn., where she graduated with honors from Belmont University. Cheryl's meaningful internships, academic dedication and campus involvement earned her Belmont's Public Relations Graduate of the Year award in May 2008.
At Belmont Cheryl participated in the PRSSA Bateman Case Study Competition and helped her team earn an Award of Merit at the PRSA Nashville Parthenon Awards. In 2007 she interviewed nominees, presenters and other attendees on the CMT Music Awards red carpet. Among others, she spoke with Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift, Kris Kristofferson, Rosanne Cash and wrestler, Steve Austin.
A sparkling personality and resourceful creativity helped Cheryl progress to the “Hollywood” round on "American Idol" as well as be chosen as a contestant for "The Price is Right."
In her spare time Cheryl loyally cheers on the Baltimore Orioles, Washington Redskins, Belmont Bruins and Maryland Terrapins (Soon to be added: Tennessee Titans).
