I am uniquely qualified for this work because I live it, I have 10 years experience with it, I understand the theory behind it, I know that practices that support it, and I continue to develop the intelligence capacity to expand beyond present limitations.
Starting 25 years ago, I built a solid background in sales, marketing, customer relationships with companies dedicated to solving business problems. I have spent the last 10 years exploring and evolving at the edges of our human potential. I quite literally come from the future to offer innovative and breakthrough thinking to drive "a momentous leap" in organizational development.
Quite frankly, we are in over our heads and need more than what our past experience offers, and do not have the time to spending reading the books and training in numerous workshops to obtain the knowledge and expertise needed to stay abreast of the volatile conditions driving entirely new business models and operational systems.
We don't have all the answers, and, people like me to work with you and your support teams will help you uncover your own solutions by reframing, redesigning and cultivating a natural adaptive capability within individuals and the within the organization itself.
