Paul Celano’s Summary

Digital Art:
I started this a long time ago just by warping pictures. Now I edit and manipulate a lot. I like to take a picture of someone and turn it into art that both they and others can enjoy.

Webcomics:
I draw many webcomics. My main that I started out with was Brutus back in 2003. This is probably my most famous. Brutus is known by many. I also have others like CCC Presents, Captain Stutter and Dyslexia Boy, Holding The Elements and more maybe in the future.

Drawings:
I am not that much into detail when I draw. It is more simple and cartoonish. Sometimes when I am not drawing comics, I like to sketch up something nice on the side.

Photography:
My love for nature started to grow when I got a nice camera. I love to take many types of shots that are either beautiful or deep. My favoriite is to take macro or close up shots. You really start to learn more about nature when you see it close up.

Poetry:
I have been writing since 2001. I might not write my poems as much as an actual poet meeting a deadline, but I will tell you that my writing means something. It all comes straight from the heart and full of many emotions. I have been doing a new thing called Visual Poetry. It is where I put to words to a picture and it gives it a greater effect.

BUGS:
When I got into photography I played around with the macro a lot. I started taking a few close ups of bugs. I started to get really interested in these creatures. Later I found a site on the internet that identifies bugs. I was so interested, I started to take pictures like crazy. I have many bugs identified now and will try to get many more.

Jewelry:
I am a jewelry dealer. I have been in work since 1996. I know mostly anything about estate pieces, antique, vintage, victorian, edwardian, retro, deco, you name it. I sell mostly and do a little buying. I am in a family business with my dad. I am considered his partner. I wouldn't mind doing business with anyone.

Photoshop, Dreamweaver, a little Abobe Premiere but not much, I know basic HTML with a little advanced.

OTHER:
Canon cameras, use of words in poetry, bug identification, cartoon drawing, web site design.

Jewelry:
Very good with Victorian pieces, diamonds, gemstones, etc
