I have been a professional chef since 2002. Prior to that I was an actor on Broadway and Off-Broadway.
I'm Co-owner and President of Adventures in Gastronomy, LLC, a new media consulting and production company. We provide consulting services in the culinary sphere for companies who want to reach epicurean audiences with unique content that speaks to their passion for food and wine.
We also provide production services in new media in both audio and video, providing custom made content to uniquely position our clients using the power of downloadable media.
We also own and produce the Culinary Media Network, the world's first all food audio and video podcast network. Published since August of 2005, it started with the ReMARKable Palate Podcast, and has since grown to include Food Philosophy, The Culinary Roundtable, as well as other shows produced in-house. We also feature shows made by other producers.
