Chase Roper is a brilliantly subtle and bitingly sarcastic writer/comedian. He has performed at the Jon Lovitz Comedy Club, optioned a comedy sketch with Cease Brothers Productions, and has had comedy writing featured in the nationally published fashion magazine, Life and Style Weekly. Currently, Chase is a contributing writer for the premier stand-up comedy publication, PunchlineMagazine.com.
Always striving to sharpen his comedic wit, Chase has studied under headliners such as Kyle Cease, Bret Ernst, and Chris Porter. Chase has exceptional creative writing abilities including editorial commentary, comedy, reviews, and interviewing. He is experienced in writing screenplays, teleplays, and press releases.
While it might not be relevant to his comedy career, Chase feels it is important to mention that he is also an expert on the subject of zombies, and martial arts movies. At home Chase is often referred to as Husband or Dad, probably on account of having a wife for 10 years and four children.
Also,"bitingly" might not be a real word.

Think "The Magnificent Seven" meets "Monty Python," meets "There's an App for That."
That's iLarious.
iLarious is a group of comedy writers, performers and producers who have banded together to make really funny iPhone apps. What the hell — you deserve some fun in your pocket, right?
Our content comes from places like the Onion, College Humor, Best Week Ever, Letterman, the Tonight Show, and the Daily Show, as well as from clubs and improv groups around the country. At iLarious, we're delivering the best comedy out there to the iPhone and other mobile devices.
We're joined by some of the best coders and developers in the country — people who are weirdly skilled in the area of writing jokes in Cocoa and C++.

When this site first launched, I was invited to come try to host my own show. I attempted (somewhat successfully) to host live shows about topical subjects that would help spark great dialog while also being relevant and entertaining. I would love to start this up again once I have to develop a clear marketing strategy to gain more live listeners. My shows on Abortion and Scientology continue to be downloaded by other BTR listeners.
