Freelance Writer - Comedy, Feature Articles, Press Releases
Greater Seattle Area
I am very passionate about writing and sharing my rational point of view on topics related to religion, spirituality, pop-culture and current events. I post regularly at PunchlineMagazine.com, my personal site Chaseblogger, as well as comedy writing on my MySpace blog. People have often commented that my writing is witty and sarcastic, but they're wrong, it’s smarmy and juxtapositional. I have experience working with publicists to set up interviews along with interviewing comics and reviewing shows. Samples of my work have also been highlighted on the Comedy Central Insider Blog.
I am a dedicated Christian family man with great ambitions to write thought provoking screenplays, articles, and short stories that are entertaining and inspiring, and also make people laugh.

When this site first launched, I was invited to come try to host my own show. I attempted (somewhat successfully) to host live shows about topical subjects that would help spark great dialog while also being relevant and entertaining. I would love to start this up again once I have to develop a clear marketing strategy to gain more live listeners. My shows on Abortion and Scientology continue to be downloaded by other BTR listeners.

Active member of Student ASB. Helped initiate, pass, and coordinate the "Walk on the Right Side of the Hallway" committee. We strived to keep the flow of students moving the halls by reminding them constantly to stop stopping and to stay on the right. Drew up poster titled "The Right Side is the Right Side" with lefty walkers getting whipped.
