I was fortunate enough to reach a huge goal of mine and semi-retire at the age of 29.

After a year of reflecting on what I did, and how I could do it better -- I created Internet Services Group of Florida, LLC (ISG).

ISG's Culture is built on:

* An Open Mind - More than anything, we realize technology & the Internet changes daily. We keep an open mind to using new solutions, and constantly trial new solutions to see how they can be of value to our clients.

The ISG Team and I spend one hour a week in our Team Meeings reviewing the latest technology, and seeing how it can benefit you.

Most of the ISG Team has worked with me since my Total Systems Support, Inc. days in the late 80's.

  I'm the founder and president of Internet Services Group of Florida, LLC, our core competency is web site design, web site development, web hosting.
  
  We also are heavily involved in print and video work.

  Over the last year, we've perfected the ability to create custom web sites in days rather than months - and have debuted this technology with our Web Starter Kit.
  
  The true beauty of what we do is that we give our customers the ability to edit their sites with our very own ISG Content Manager, AND we train our customers until they get it -- guaranteed.
  
  Each of us are all about honesty, truth, and assuring anyone who becomes part of our extended family is treated with the utmost respect.

  August 1995 — October 2001 (6 years 3 months)

  I founded and owned Internet Services of Michigan, Inc., which grew to serving 10,000 dial up users, and hosting & servicing 1,500 businesses in the Southeast Michigan area (Livingston, Oakland, and Wayne counties) throughout the late 1990's.
  
  I hired our extremely talented crew which amounted to 15 incredible individuals in 2000 and still work with most them in my new business, Internet Services Group of Florida, LLC. In 2001, Don Prior III formed Network Services Group, LLC in Ann Arbor, Michigan, which is where the rest of the ISMI team works today.
  
  In late 2000, ISMI was acquired by Internet Services Management Group out of Chicago. After a small transitional period, I left and soon thereafter formed Internet Services Group of Florida, LLC in beautiful Fort Myers, Florida.

• Vice President/General Manager

  Total Systems Support, Inc.

  (Privately Held; 1-10 employees; Computer Networking industry)

  June 1989 — August 1995 (6 years 3 months)

  My primary objective with Total Systems Support, Inc. (TSS), was to take a small operation, add in the common elements of a structured business and build out a profitable computer consulting & telecommunications company.
  
  I was very fortunate in that the President of TSS was a very kind person who handed me the reigns, and said "Go for it!"
  
  In 5 short years, I hired an amazing crew (most of whom still work with me today), and we increased TSS's sales on average 40% year over year.
  
  We concentrated on Computer Sales & Service for both Home & Business, and it was at TSS where I started offering Basic Training for Computers.
  
  One of my biggest achievements at TSS was founding and operating "Livingston County On-Line" (LCOL) which was a 12 line Bulletin Board System.
  
  As the Internet gained popularity, we added Internet E-mail, and on my birthday I went on my own and founded Internet Services of Michigan, Inc., to meet their growing need.
