From a vision that I had in my mind, I build successful companies. I founded GolfAndVillas.com, a real estate brokerage in France with the idea of building a company that would dominate all local real estate markets in the country. But when I received an offer that I couldn't refuse, I sold the company in Feb 2006.
As I had already built Estates And Condos Realty in Miami which I later expanded to the Lake Norman area in North Carolina, I did not have enough time to fully devote to building Golf & Villas anyway.
My goal for Estates And Condos Realty is to expand it and open at least 3 more offices in the next 2 years and being a key player in the Charlotte and Miami real estate markets.

For example: Pencils that were 8 feet long, with a lead mine to write with, 2 feet long paper clips, 1 pound Aspirin tablets etc. You get the idea. Useless gift ideas that sold extremely well.
