NT*Pro (Association of Windows NT Systems Professionals) was personally co-launched in October 1993 by Microsoft CEO Bill Gates and Charles Kelly. The group had over 35,000 members and covered Windows NT, all Microsoft BackOffice products and 32-bit development. The group had an excellent relationship with, and full support from, Microsoft Corporate and both the Microsoft Federal and Mid-Atlantic regional offices.
Charles was a member of the Advisory Committee for Microsoft's 1996, 1997 and 1998 TechEd events.
