As a consultant, I was Product Manager for the Customer Deliverable Tool (CDT) software application with Cisco’s Service Provider Customer Experience initiative. Working with BU Product Managers, Account Team members and SPCE Program managers to define functional requirements and coordinating with software developers leveraging the Agile software development methodology to deliver quality software on schedule.

- Conceptualized users’ needs and business requirements and communicated with the development team and program stakeholders by developing product design wire frames, user interface concepts and mockups to convey Customer Deliverables Tool’s functional requirements.

- Successfully planned and delivered four quarterly releases, strictly meeting schedule, software quality and return on investment goals.

- Managed access, support and training; scaling the application from Beta to over 1000 registered users.

- Defined requirements for iOS CDT Mobile App and worked with third party developers to build proof of concept. Optimized design for performance and relevant mobile feature set including functionality not found in web client application.

- Developed rapid prototype MS Access Database Application for proof of concept for Cisco’s Service Supply Chain to store, analyze and report “non-standard” service requests in order to leverage global information to increase service revenue.

- Planned and executed pilot program in Cisco's Service Supply Chain to optimize TelePresence packaging for cost and carbon footprint. Projected annual cost savings of $250,000 dollars and a decrease of over 100,000 tons of CO2 in transportation emissions.
