Professional Engineer, Consultant and Educator

Dr. Motzko is Senior Partner in C. A. Motzko & Associates. His consultancy is built on the premise that the real challenge going forward is the training and education of technicians, engineers, managers and executives for success in implementing the Total Test Management Process.
As a State of California Registered Professional Engineer in Quality, Dr. Motzko helped shape the direction of test equipment management during the industry's critical early years. Dr. Motzko began to concentrate his work in test equipment management starting in the early 1980s when, as Vice President of Electro Rent’s Equipment Information and Management Group, he helped develop the company's strategic information system to support the full spectrum of product management and delivered services. This integrated system presented a compelling vision of the enormous opportunity and sustainable benefits available in the proper employment of logistics, service and support of test equipment.
