While at AT&T, Charles received several awards for his accomplishments. Some of his key accomplishments include: the development and implementation of a key executive information/management system for tracking service performance on critical business systems, and the creation of the customer care processes in support of AT&T’s network services.

Prior to working at AT&T, Charles served as an engineer for ITT Avionics, where he helped produce some of the electronic equipment which keeps the US military safe in the skies during combat. In this capacity, he received two Presidential Citations for his work.

Charles was educated at Rutgers University, from which he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. He also is certified by Yahoo! as a Search Marketing Ambassador, and is published in Marquis Who’s Who.
