Prior to CREATIVE PRODUCTS, Charles joined Beechwood Data Systems. Charles served as Program Director for the Northeast Region, where he led teams of more than 100 professionals in designing and deploying telecommunications software solutions for corporate clients. Beechwood was successfully acquired by Capgemini during Charles' tenure.
Before joining Beechwood/Capgemini, Charles served in numerous management roles within AT&T. He established stringent standards and practices for software development, project management, and systems management, and utilized business process optimization techniques to streamline business practices and realize significant cost reductions within the company. These efforts earned him several prestigious awards and accolades.
Prior to his tenure at AT&T, Charles served as a Manufacturing Project Engineer for ITT Electronic Warfare Systems. In this capacity, he directed the conversion of advanced military product designs into production, ensuring outstanding production quality to keep the US Military safe in combat. He received two separate Presidential Citations for his work.
Charles is regularly sought after by global private equity firms, venture capitalists, hedge fund and mutual fund managers, and investment bankers for his expertise in the areas of technology, communications, Internet marketing, and new media.
