A member of the Portal Management Team and reports directly to the Head of European Portal Implementation. He will be responsible to him for the coordinated delivery of the implementation program. This role pulls together the outputs of the operational teams within the programme and ensure that issues, risks and decisions raised within and around the programme are resolved or escalated as appropriate. The Program Director acts as a ‘chief of staff’ and provide the integration function required to ensure the key elements of the program are effective and delivering in a timely fashion. In addition to this the Director leads the Program Management team consisting of HR, communications and programme office managers.
