Charles Chase is a technology executive focused on providing value-based solutions that address distinct market opportunities. Having deep experience in both software engineering and business operations, Charles has intimate understanding of all aspects of building a company around delivering technology solutions to solve common business challenges.
Charles currently serves on the Board of Directors of Leads360, Inc., a provider of lead management software, which he co-founded in 2004. During his tenure at Leads360, Charles served as President and COO, overseeing daily company operations and the client services group. Under his leadership, Leads360 grew from concept to $4.5M annual revenue and 35 employees, positioning itself as the technology and market leader in it's first 4 years.
Prior to founding Leads360, Charles worked on software engineering and operations teams for several Los Angeles startups, most notably Cornerstone OnDemand, where he was a member of the original engineering team that architected Cornerstone’s enterprise SaaS offering.
Charles holds an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in Economics from UCSB. Charles is an avid outdoors enthusiast, building and riding off-road motorcycles in the California and Baja deserts.
