For the past 10 years, I consulted high-tech start-ups in Global HR Management... right now I advise a few global technology organizations in North America and Europe and I teach Bikram Yoga when and where I can..... and I always make time for a travel adventure.

During my time as a HR Management Consultant I went in-house at one start-up - IronPort. We became the market leader in anti-spam technology and were acquired by Cisco Systems for $830 million.
