I make copies, answer phone calls, deliver important documents, put mail in mailboxes, maintain parts of the Computer Science Dept. website with Documentum, and help with annual preparations for the Computer Science Banquet. I also help find information or paperwork for students and faculty.

I installed and maintained Windows operating systems and software on old and new computers. I created images that were duplicated and used district-wide using Norton Ghost and Novell ZenWorks. Using Typo3, I created and maintained several pages on the district web site. I helped employees learn to use software and sometimes assisted with teacher technology training. I helped the district build an inventory of hundreds of pieces of technology equipment. Miscellaneous tasks included making copies, supervising Technology Department interns, creating forms using Adobe Livecycle, and replacing hardware components of computers.

Did undergraduate research with group CSRecruit21. Objective was to create software targeted at 3rd & 4th grade students that would educate them about careers in computer science with the goal of influencing those students to pursue a degree in a math or science related field in college.
