Because many adults that come to me for transition help don't know what they want to be when they "grow up," I wanted to become involved at the time in life when we are supposed to make really difficult and critical decisions about our career, in our teen years.
TrueUDiscovery™ is an 8 week interactive workshop series designed to help young people gain a deeper understanding of their innate gifts and talents. By doing so, they are better equipped to make the life altering decisions being required of them.
Currently, I aim to make parents and teens aware that this program is available, and to find funding so that disadvantage youth can still become successful, happy adults. In the future, I will be facilitating workshops and hope to help graduates acheive their goals throughout their career.

While working for a seasoned and reputable executive search professional, I absorbed everything that I could about quality communications, integrity of data, resource management, phone-based candidate sourcing, and hiring at the executive level. I brought internet search strategy to the firm, as well as search engine optimization. It was here that I had my first hankering for entrepreneurialism, working for a fabulous example of what women can achieve as business owners.
