Robert "Bob" Brudzinski’s Summary
As President of Change Up Management, Inc. and a business advisor accredited by the Institute for Independent Business, I work directly with the owners of small and medium sized businesses to help them avoid obstacles to achieving success in their businesses. I act as their board of directors, business friend, mentor, confidant, and extra set of hands.
I have over 30 years of senior management experience with such companies as W.W. Grainger, the Quaker Oats Company, Broan-NuTone and Parts Depot. Over that period, I was President of a $150 million industrial distributor in the midwest and President of a $200 million national digital imaging and printing company headquartered in Chicago.
I have a Bachelors degree in Engineering from Drexel University, a Masters degree in Engineering from Penn State, and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Most notable, however, is the fact that over the years, I have worked for, served, bought, sold, integrated and started-up small businesses. That gives me a unique perspective into running a small business.
In addition, I have published articles and conducted seminars on such topics as Why Businesses Fail, Time Management, Building Your Business Plan from the Right Perspective, and Communications - The Key to Productivity.
