I'm a web application developer. My primary language is PHP but I believe that once you know one language and know how to code, you can do the same thing with any other language. It may just take a month or two at most to learn the other language. I've been involved in both in-house and live implementations. My primary VCS is Bazaar, which I have implemented at Smithville Telephone. I also helped establish the production cycle at Smithville. I am trying to involve myself in the PHP/Open Source community more actively and hope to become a leading voice in the community or at least the lead in future projects.

As with all things in programming, my latest work is always my best work. Unfortunately, we haven't completely rolled out my latest work plus I've been doing a lot of internal things so my portfolio is not quite up to date because of that.

- Developed a proper release cycle and procedure. Before I worked with the company, there was no system in place for releasing system changes.
- Implemented version control. Before I worked with the company, there was no version system in place that would allow us to roll back to more stable versions of the software.
- Established protocol for documentation by introducing the company to PHPDoc for API documentation. Also deployed an internal MediaWiki site for procedural documentation.
