Chad Gobert's Summary

I have 7 years training and teaching experience. My role as a trainer has involved several industries, including rehabilitative medical rehabilitative device sales, higher education, public advocacy, and manufacturing. I have been responsible for developing and assessing training programs for both an external distributor sales force located nationwide and its internal customer service counterpart. I have created and managed online course content (using Lectora, Adobe Captivate, Articulate and HTML) and LMS software (through D2L and Moodle) which educated and updated employees on procedures, protocols and new sales products. I also trained new sales representatives and internal customer service personnel through small group and webinar (WebEx, Live Meeting, and Wimba) presentations to supplement and accredit information learned online. The training programs I created encompassed different educational styles so trainees could fulfill course objectives according to a format which works best for the individual or group learner. Samples of these courses are available through my online portfolio at www.ChadGobert.com.
