My journey up to this point in my relatively young life has been filled with adventure, twists, turns, obstacles and triumphs. And I wouldn't change ANY of it as it has forged me into the woman I am today. I started out thinking I was going to be a hands on practitioner of Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or a Doctor of Osteopathy. After graduation I found myself in the corporate, Biotech world, which has been a transition to say the least. I am loving the challenges, opportunities for growth and loving life! I can't wait to see what's in store for me next as I follow my intuition and stay driven by my life's simple purpose, to serve others as selflessly as possible. I am so grateful for every moment I am afforded to serve my purpose in life and do it with presence and joy.

I worked with high school, college and pro BMX riders to train on a physiological/ neurological level for their specific sport. I helped athletes that were no longer eligible for physical therapy but were not ready for full activities get ready for them. I also did the same for any body who was post op that was released from physical therapy but needed to be ready to be a weekend warrior again, or just to be able to prevent further injury for my older clientele. Basically, I got all of the "hard cases" anywhere I went because of my background! I also was the fitness education teacher with an innovative high school for foster kids called NOVA Academy that allowed them to go through 5 years of high school and get their AA when they got out, due to a collaboration with a local city college. So, I taught them about fitness and wellness, not a typical PE class at all! I have always trained people on the side, since I was about 18 years old. I love this and still help people out when I can!
