I have 10 years of experience as a consultant in IBM GBS and PwC Consulting, leading organizations in business and IT professional services, where I have specialized in Organization Change Management, Project & Team Management and Systems Integration Solutions.

During this time, and coinciding with the deregulation of the Telecom Market in Spain and the birth of new operators, I have participated in several large system implementation projects for telecommunications companies. I have also worked in transformation and change projects in the Air Transportation industry and in IBM Southwest Europe Headquarters, in close contact with the senior management team of the company.
