We're the publisher of high-end jobs website TheLadders.com, and its daughter websites SalesLadder, MktgLadder, FinanceLadder, TechnologyLadder, LawLadder, HRLadder, OpsLadder, and UpLadder (all other $100K+ jobs).
Because we are the leading destination for high-end job-seekers, we have more jobs than any other resource on the planet -- about 40,000 new ones each month.
I founded TheLadders.com in 2003. And we've grown to over 2.0 million subscribers since then. Subscribers pay $30 / month or $180 / year for our premium version.
I previously was the SVP, Finance & Operations at HotJobs.com, and led our company's sale to Yahoo! for $436 mm in 2002.
Prior to that, I was an investment professional at The Riverside Company, the leading LBO firm for the smaller end of the middle market. And after college, I founded, grew, and sold Forbes Pacifcia, a trading firm specialized in the export of US-made pet food to Japan.
