Major accomplishment: Member of a seven-person team that implemented a new computer system for the paper:
- Project involved extensive travel in the U.S. and Europe, technical consultations with vendors and users, and writing detailed reports.
- Worked with the vendor (CCI Europe) to spec and implement the system, which uses Word, Access, Excel and CCI's page design software.
- My major responsibilities included writing typesetting codes for all sections of the paper, writing end-user documentation, training users and troubleshooting the system during installation and use.
