Christopher Baclayon’s Summary
I have been developing web sites professionally since 1999, but have been working with the online medium since 1996. At this point, that's over 11 years of web graphics work and coding in HTML, JavaScript, VB, ColdFusion, and ASP and I still love every single minute of it.
I have worked as a Web Site Developer for the Univeristy of West Florida, as an Online Production Coordinator for the Pensacola News Journal (a Gannett newspaper), and now, I am the Web Site & Marketing Database Coordinator for Sacred Heart Health System in Pensacola, Florida (part of Ascension Health).
In addition, I do some consulting and web design work on the side whenever I find myself with some free time from my main job. Overall, I tend to do smaller projects like web sites for small businesses and online portfolios for professionals.
Consequently, years of working on the computer have made me very proficient in computer troubleshooting and repair. I have done my fair share of computer RAM upgrades, harddrive clonings/transfers/replacements, web/ftp server setups, WiFi network configurations, and complete PC system builds. Let's just say I'm not a "newbie" when it comes to computers.
My goal is to meet other professionals in the community and perhaps pick up a few freelance projects or maybe fix an ailing computer here and there.
