Chris Pesotski’s Summary

With experience in both public and private institutions, Chris has served the industry as an executive board member for the New Jersey Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators, an advisory board member for the New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority, a board member of the Northeast Association of Student Employment Administrators and an advisory board member for the College Board PowerFAIDS system, Citizens Bank and SallieMae Pennsylvania.

He has been quoted in The Philadelphia Inquirer, on 90.9 WHYY-FM, on Fastweb.com and The Delaware County Daily Times.

Chris has spoken and consulted on athletics and financial aid, leveraging strategies, retention, ethics in higher education and student employment. “I have learned a great deal from my mentors in the student aid industry and I enjoy sharing successful strategies with colleagues wherever I can.” Chris has worked previously as the director of financial aid at Burlington County College and in various positions at Widener University and Cabrini College.

Chris holds a Master’s degree in education from Widener University and a Bachelor’s degree in English and communications from Cabrini College. He is a member of the D3hoops.com Hall of Fame, an EOF Champion, and a Chair Academy graduate. Chris won a Jasper award for co-creating a segmenting marketing plan to implement the NJ STARS scholarship program in 2005. The father of two children, John, 7, and Emma, 4, Chris resides in Moorestown, NJ.
