Cathy Colson’s Summary

Specializing in creative side of marketing, I've been working in the field for nearly 15 years. I design, write, and generally employ my imagination to the benefit of happy clients in the Ann Arbor and Detroit areas.

In this capacity, I also act as creative director for Switchback—a web development firm focused in content management systems—where I do end-to-end creative work managing their company marketing and designing web interfaces for thier clients.

Previously, I ran Spiral Creative, a successful graphic design business serving clients in the metro-Detroit area. From there I went on to act as creative director, overseeing junior designers, developing creative concepts and messaging, directing photo shoots, and also serving as logo police.

I love helping my clients create authentic and cohesive brands, i.e. letting their company's personality ooze from every pore.
