Caryl has a passion for not only problem-solving but for looking at ways to avoid potential problems through creative thinking and collaboration. She is formally trained in general public and private management and is also a certified professional in project management.
Leadership, integrity, and tenacity have been her trademarks as she has worked in several different types of industries and business settings. She has a hands-on style of management with the goal of "doing things right" and "doing the right thing". She also has vision to see trends and opportunities within a company and industry.
One dynamic that never changes is people. Knowledge management and how to create organizations and business processes that make the best use of knowledge while respecting and treating people well as they work towards a common purpose--are her areas of interest and focus. She has spent the last few years in the IT arena and management consulting where the speed of change and globalization have really taxed the leadership,management, and competitiveness of US firms.
Prior, she successfully worked for 10 plus years in the engineering/environmental consulting industry as a Professional Geologist (PG) and Project Manager. In her early career, she worked in the oil and gas industry where she spent a year in Spain managing exploration projects.

Working with public & private sector organizations to shape the formulation, adoption, and implementation of public policies pertaining renewable and non-renewable natural resources, in order to build a better today and a stronger tomorrow. Primary focus will be on consulting on water resource policy formulation and water supply issues in Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee in the southern United States of America.
