My practice is focused on the identification, protection and enforcement of trademark and copyright rights in the United States and beyond. I have particular expertise in trademark issues arising on the Internet, including keyword advertising issues and domain name disputes. I represent start ups to Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries including, financial services, health and wellness, publishing, and telecommunications. In addition, I am regularly involved with the handling of intellectual property assets in the context of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and frequently team with and advise inhouse and corporate attorneys on these corporate transactions. I have experience in copyright and trademark litigation matters in federal courts throughout the country.
