Carol Webb’s Summary

Since graduating from UCL in 2001 and Cranfield in 2005 I've been increasingly keen to utilise skills in understanding and developing human systems, whether that be in conducting research to understand a context and facilitate change or in developing materials to help actors in systems to understand their own context and enable change themselves. I've worked in the EU and China, as well as for other globally based partners and clients (e.g. Dubai, South Africa). My primary work goal is to produce high impact research leading to meaningful knowledge transfer of benefit to society and the economy.
